Renovation activities may include but not be limited to, stabilizing areas of loose and flaking paint on interior and exterior walls and building surfaces, replacement of windows, encapsulation of areas of deteriorating lead paint, replacement or maintenance of building components, floor and deck repair, and minor roof and plumbing repair. This project may include requests for bids on multiple dwelling units along with specialty trades. Please review the full document, as a failure to provide a response for all the properties and work listed will result in a forfeiture of the bid submission. The bid response will require a cost for individual work items, and the award will be made to the lowest responsible bidder for the entire project. If the bid contains multiple dwelling units, there will be one award made to the lowest responsible bid for the sum of the work on all properties.
