The intent of this Request for Bid is to establish one or more pricing contracts for residential concrete repair and installation with qualified contractors (the “Contractor” or “Contractors”) who can provide all labor, equipment, including service trucks with materials and tools, transportation, permits, fees, licenses, etc. for residential concrete repair, including single and multi-family housing units. Projects shall include, but not be limited to, installation of handrails in concrete, concrete stoop and landing repair or replacement, repair of crumbling or settling concrete steps, private concrete landing or sidewalk repair or installation, repointing, and other concrete-related work as described by the Project Manager.
