The City of Victoria is seeking proposals from qualified banks (banks, trust companies or national banking associations) located and/or authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota, to enter into a ten (10) year agreement for banking services. The selected institution will be expected to deliver secure, efficient, and cost-effective solutions for deposit processing, disbursement services, investment support, and digital banking platforms. Respondents must demonstrate financial strength, technological capability, and a proven track record of serving public sector clients. Proposals will be evaluated based on service quality, operational reliability, fee structure, and alignment with the City’s long-term financial objectives.
