1. Mobilization: Lump sum for duration of the project across all five parks. 2. Tree Cutting: Cut Ash trees marked with an (X) in blue marking paint (see attached maps for general locations for each tree in all five parks). A total of 159 trees will be cut. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supplies, supervision, equipment, ex to safely perform tree removal. The contractor shall complete the work in a manner that does not damage surrounding structures. All trees are to be cut flush and all wood waste produced is to be removed from the site as detailed In Item #4. 3. Stump Grinding and Pulverized Black Dirt Fill: All trees cut shall have the stumps ground a minimum of 6 inches in depth and the hole filled with pulverized black dirt. The dirt should be mounded 3-4 inches above the surrounding grade to account for settlement. 4. Waste Wood Removal: All wood waste produced, including stump griding debris, shall be removed from the job site by the contractor within 10 business days after it is produced. No burning of wood waste material will be allowed. 5. Site Restoration: Any areas disturbed by tree removal shall be restored to the condition it was prior to removal. This shall include site leveling, raking, and reseeding with Tuff Turf Lawn Seed Mixture® or comparable seed mix.
