This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish contracts for Asbestos Abatement, HVAC Cleaning, Lead Remediation, Microbial Correction as needed for State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) Members. Sample Tasks and Deliverables. The contractor will provide asbestos abatement, HVAC cleaning, lead remediation, and microbial correction work. The contractor will work closely with each ordering entity to: • Making its own assessments for all quantities of work. • Visit the site to observe all conditions and quantities of work to be performed. • Establish means and environmental conditions that meet applicable laws and regulations. • Submit a project work plan and all licenses and permits pertinent to the work being performed.
