Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intent of the County to contract for design, content management and hosting services to complete the Countys website initiative, which includes: 1. Developing a visual design and providing a WCMS that makes the Countys websites useful on a wide range of mobile devices and tablets. 2. Developing standard ways of integrating existing County Web applications and services into the new website. 3. Upgrading the Countys WCMS to provide high levels of security, reliability, and accountability. 4. Upgrading the Countys method of navigating and searching for website content to make it more useful, available to citizens, and more citizen-friendly. 5. Identifying and implementing new opportunities for citizen self-service and citizen engagement that can be integrated into the new website. 6. Identifying and implementing new opportunties for integrating the County website with social media and other County communications efforts. 7. Providing assistance with migration of existing website content where appropriate, into the new WCMS. 8. Providing training for County staff who develop and maintain website content
