The Department of Administration is seeking a vendor(s) who can produce State Agency branded clothing and other items (merchandise) and offer for sale via e-commerce website(s). State agency employees will purchase merchandise directly from vendor(s) via the e-commerce website(s). The cost of administering the website(s) and processing orders must be factored into the merchandise cost. Each state agency will provide the vendor(s) the digital logo file to be used on the branded merchandise. State is requesting responders make the branded merchandise available for purchase via a responder created and maintained website (company store), at no additional cost to the State (State may choose to offer coupons to State employees. Any coupon offered would be paid for by the State). The vendor may charge each employee who purchases from the store. State will not be involved with the purchasing of merchandise or management of orders. However, State requests that purchases conform to agency standards (available clothing colors, styles, and logo imprint) and be made through a secure checkout process. This procurement will result in a Master Contract(s) with the selected vendor(s).
