Attend project management meetings with MDH staff. Facilitation of every other month technical assistance calls. Call planning, logistical support, and maintenance activities. Plan eight to ten presentations and conduct research on active transportation related topics. Deliverables: Planning meetings and monthly TA call agenda Word documents provided to MDH staff at least 7 days before scheduled monthly TA call. Presentation and research material document developed for monthly TA calls as needed based on mutually identified call topic and provided to MDH staff by deadlines agreed upon by MDH and contractor. TA call notes summary Word documents provided to MDH staff 4 days post delivered monthly TA call. Recorded audio/video of TA calls provided to MDH staff 4 days post delivered monthly TA call.
