Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Mowing and noxious weed removal • Debris removal and disposal • Securing of vacant properties • Snow plowing/sidewalk clearing • Graffiti removal. It is beneficial if contractors can perform multiple services Contractors must: • Have available all necessary materials, equipment, supplies and staff to complete jobs within specified timeframes o Within 3 business days for most work order/abatement types o Within 24 hours for securing or emergency abatements • Complete the scope of work specified in the work order/abatement authorization • Conduct all work in a professional and ethical manner. • Submit digital before and after photographs with date and time stamp with all invoices • Invoices must be submitted within 10 business days from the work order/abatement request
