Sample Tasks and Deliverables. • Conduct the following three training courses during the third and fourth quarters of calendar year 2025: o ARMER System End User Train-the-Trainer – Deliver up to two (2), 2-day courses, totaling 16 hours of class time per course. o ARMER System Administrator Advanced Class – Deliver up to two (2), 3-day courses, totaling 24 hours of class time per course. o Motorola CPS Radio Programming Advanced Class – Deliver up to two (2), 3-day courses, totaling 24 hours of class time per course. • Provide DPS-ECN with a detailed training work plan regarding the delivery of the three training courses identified above. • Provide the above identified sessions at various locations around the state of Minnesota. • Collaborate with DPS-ECN to identify mutually agreeable dates, times, and locations for the delivery of each training course. • Provide all necessary materials (administrative paperwork, student handouts, reference materials, instructional aids, etc.) to facilitate the delivery of each training course, at no additional cost to the State or attendees. • Identify any technology and/or equipment that must be provided by DPS-ECN and/or students to facilitate the delivery of each training course. • Provide DPS-ECN with copies of all course materials (lesson plans, presentations, student handouts, student rosters, participant feedback forms, etc.), at no additional cost to the State or attendees.
