The HRA is currently accepting proposals for architectural and engineering services from licensed and insured firms through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ). The initial contract will be for one year, with the possibility of extending for up to four additional one-year periods at the discretion of the HRA. The initial contract period will specifically relate to a renovation project of a newly acquired office space. Proposers should have the skills and know-how to assist in the pre-construction, procurement, construction, and postconstruction phases of the renovation project. The HRA plans to grant a contract to a company that offers architectural and engineering services (A/E), including Pre-Construction, including Procurement through Solicitation, Construction, and Post-Construction for different projects that the HRA may undertake. This RFQ will relate specifically to the remodel/renovation of a new office space recently acquired by the HRA. Brief details of the office space are included as Exhibit “D”. Ideally, the project will be ready for solicitation to contractors by March 2026. Based on submissions, the relationship may extend beyond a one-year period with additional one-year contracts as the HRA deems necessary.
