The required professional services include planning/zoning, architectural/engineering (preliminary, design, bidding, construction, and closeout phases), and other related airport project and development services. Although subject to periodic review/modification and receipt of Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and MnDOT Aeronautics grant funding, the following CIP projects may be initiated within this consultant selection period (2025-2030): Parking Lot Reconstruction/Expansion AvGas Fuel Dispenser Replacement & Fuel Tank Removal Procurement of Airport Grounds Maintenance Equipment Rehabilitation of Miscellaneous Airfield Pavements Rotating Beacon Replacement Reconstruction of Runway 15/33 with Lighting Replacement Reconstruction of Taxiway A Private Hangar Site Development & Hangar Demolition Rehabilitation of Existing Aircraft Storage Hangars Construction of New Aircraft Storage Hangars Completion of Miscellaneous Studies for the Above Listed Projects Completion of Miscellaneous Studies related to Airport Planning, Development, & Zoning Issues
