1. Concept Development: Work with City and partners to finalize event concept, programming, artist selection and contracting, site and production design, run of show, song selection, and receive approvals from the Prince Estate. 2. Permitting & Logistics: Coordinate Street closures, sound, security, signage, permits and City approvals as needed 3. Vendor Management: Identify, contract, and manage production vendors (stage, sound, lighting, labor, volunteers, speakers, artist selection and contracting, audience communications, strike, sanitation, food trucks, etc.). 4. Community Partnerships: Engage Prince Legacy, LLC of the Prince Estate, First Avenue, arts organizations, media, local musicians, and community groups. 5. Marketing Collaboration: Support City marketing efforts through downtown networks, radio stations, social media and grass roots efforts. Includes actively securing social media, PR and media interview to hype the event. 6. On-Site Support: Provide event oversight and ensure compliance with City requirements includes all staffing, labor, volunteers, artist services, security, production equipment, strike, street restoration, etc. 7. Post-Event Reporting: Provide attendance estimates, media coverage highlights, and budget reconciliation, and event evaluation. 8. Documentation: video and photo documentation of event, including drone footage, photo opportunities, and interactive elements. 9. Guinness Book of World Record: Attempt to receive a world record for singing Prince music in the streets of Minneapolis.
