The Minneapolis Health Care System requires Plate Heaters with the Salient Characteristics listed below. This is a sources sought looking for businesses to provide the supplies listed below for market research purposes. No awards of a contract will be made from this announcement. Scope MVAHCS is seeking a to purchase 1 EA, Heat On Demand Advantage Plus Plate Heater (Model ADV700) Item # Description/Part Number* Qty 1 Heat On Demand Advantage Plus Plate Heater (Model ADV700). 2 2. Salient Characteristics/Functional Requirements The plate heater must possess the following salient characteristics: Plate base heater maintains food temperatures at 140 degrees F for over 85 minutes. Uses plate bases that remain cool to the touch and fit a 9-inch plate. Countertop use design. Automatic voltage calibration to account for voltage fluctuations. Visual and audible indicators to indicate when the base is ready for use. Internal fan cooling with removable air filters. Constructed with solid state electronics and a stainless-steel construction. Electrical specifications of 208V, 240V, 3Phase, 30 Amps, 60HZ with a 430P9W plug for electrical compatibility. One year warranty for parts and labor. 3. Period of Performance Work shall be performed during normal business days at MVAHCS, which is comprised of Monday through Friday each week (except federal holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. local standard time. 4.
