The Minneapolis Health Care System requires combination steam/convection ovens with the Salient Characteristics listed below. This is a sources sought looking for businesses to provide the supplies listed below for market research purposes. No awards of a contract will be made from this announcement. The ovens are vital to food production and operations. 1. Scope MVAHCS is seeking to purchase 2 Combination steam/convection ovens that will stack with existing ovens. Exterior dimensions of 37-11/16 x 43-3/4 x44-13/16 (HxWxD) and compatible for stacking with existing ovens with oven stacking kit. Electric powered, electrical specifications of 440-480v 3ph.60hz. Including factory authorized installation that includes moving the top oven to the bottom of the oven stack. and one year warranty. Note: No electrical installation kits are necessary as they are present with existing models. 3. Period of Performance Work shall be performed during normal business days at MVAHCS, which is comprised of Monday through Friday each week (except federal holidays) between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. local standard time. 4.
