The scope for this project includes electrical equipment relabeling, panel replacements, fuse cabinets, lighting fixture replacements, transformer hinged covers, power quality metering, and surge protection device replacements for the affected locations described in the drawings. Also included is the replacement of ATS’s, associated generator system network upgrades, and installation of new standby generator at the MAC Trades Storage Facility. Mechanical work includes life safety damper installations at electrical switch rooms, environmental monitoring provisions for electrical substations, mechanical work for the new Blue Ramp electrical room, integrated automation controls and monitoring, active cooling for C-1903 electrical room, and VAV box installation for substation LT-0351 in the Valet. Telecommunications work include backbone fiber cabling and horizontal category cabling installation to support mechanical and electrical network connected equipment. Work also includes CIP concrete, masonry, spray fireproofing, metal framing and gyp board install, doors, and painting.
