All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General Construction work for the project includes site improvements, selective demolition of existing construction; renovations and repairs including doors, frames and hardware, lightgage framing; gypsum board and acoustical ceilings; flooring; painting and other miscellaneous work. 2. Mechanical Construction work for the project includes mechanical demolition; Fire protection systems; plumbing systems; and hot and cold piping systems. 3. Electrical Construction work for the project includes electrical demolition; power distribution systems; lighting; communications systems, paging systems; access control systems, video surveillance systems, and fire alarm system.
