Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of this solicitation is to provide snow removal services in the core area of Downtown Brainerd following snow accumulations of 4 inches or more in accordance with the specifications herein described. The term of this services agreement shall begin when accepted by the City Council and continue through the end of the plowing season estimated to be mid-March. The City reserves the right to remove the snow with city forces in late winter/early spring when weather conditions are favorable for a quick snow melt. Streets: Front Street from South 6th to South 8th, Laurel Street from South 6th to South 8th, South 7th Street from Front Street to Maple Street; Sidewalks: All sidewalks abutting streets listed above; Alleys: All alleys between Front and Maple from South 6th to South 8th Streets. Parking lots: Parking lots are listed as follows and shown on the attached maps unless noted otherwise: 1. BN parking lot located between S 6th and S 8th North of Front Street. 2. Front Street parking lot located at the corner of Front and S 7th Street 3. Laurel Street parking lot located on Laurel Street between S 6th Street and S 7th Street 4. Alley parking lots located adjacent to the East-West alley from S 6th Street to S 8th Street between Maple and Laurel Streets.
