Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. General Construction work for the project includes: Site improvements, selective demolition of existing construction; renovations and repairs including: door and frame replacement; curtainwall repairs; millwork repairs; access panels; gypsum board and acoustic ceilings; terrazzo work; resilient flooring; solid surface wall panels and other miscellaneous work. 2. Mechanical Construction work for the project includes: Mechanical demolition; Fire protection systems; plumbing systems; and hot and cold piping systems. 3. Electrical Construction work for the project includes: Electrical demolition; power distribution systems; lighting; communications systems, paging systems; access control systems, video surveillance systems, and fire alarm system.
