Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2021 Terminal 2 and Outbuildings Miscellaneous Modifications, as shown or specified including, but not limited to, the following major work items: 1. General Construction work for the project includes: Site improvements, selective demolition of existing construction; construction of new space within existing areas, renovation of existing spaces, areas of exterior wall assemblies, interior build-out and renovation including finishes. 2. Mechanical Construction work for the project includes: Mechanical demolition; Fire protection systems; plumbing systems; HVAC ducted systems and hot and cold piping systems; radiant slab heating, and building automation systems. 3. Electrical Construction work for the project includes: Electrical demolition; power distribution systems; uninterruptible power supplies; lighting; communications systems, paging systems; access control systems, video surveillance systems, and fire alarm system
