The USDA, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Plant Protection and Quarantine Services (PPQ), in Wyoming intends to secure services including all labor, equipment, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals necessary for applying Dimilin 2L over a specific area, located south of Tensleep in Washakie county Wyoming. The type of service is a full-service rangeland Treatment using Dimilin 2L. The contractor will provide all required Dimilin 2L, clean crop oil, buffering agents and water. The General Statement of Work lists general specifications, terms and conditions applicable to any contracts awarded under this RFQ. The block requires up to 4 aircraft, personnel, facilitating equipment, and services to apply pesticides. The objective is to reduce the grasshopper population in the project areas, which when combined is estimated to be 234,912 total acres with an estimated 117,456 treated/sprayed acres using alternating swath (spray, skip, spray) application.
