For the Parchment Middle School Boiler project: ● Conduct a site inspection and assessment of the current boiler room and heating infrastructure. ● Selection and procurement of an appropriately sized high-efficiency boiler that will provide a secondary redundant heating source for the facility. ● Provide a list of all equipment and associated mechanical to be installed. ● Execute all the mechanical and electrical work necessary to install and connect the new boiler. ● Provide integration of the new system with the existing boiler and Building Automation System (BAS), if possible. ● Removal and disposal of any debris or packaging materials resulting from the installation. ● Testing, start-up, and commissioning of the system. ● Provide staff training on operation and basic maintenance. ● Obtain all necessary permits and inspections. For the Parchment High School AC Condenser & Evaporator Coil project: ● Removal and disposal of the existing roof mounted Condensing Unit (McQuay ) and the Air Handler section that houses the indoor Evaporator Coil. ● Remove and dispose of obsolete equipment in accordance with environmental guidelines.
