Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor must process video files from Miovision Scout Units within a 72-hour timeframe for the following types of traffic counts: Six bin vehicle classification counts (bi-directional) that separate vehicles into the following vehicle classifications: Motorcycles, cars, pick-up trucks, buses, single unit trucks (commercial), combination unit trucks Turing movement studies that include three bin vehicle classification counts that separate vehicles into the following vehicle classifications: Passenger vehicles (motorcycles, cars, and pick-up trucks), single unit trucks (commercial), combination unit trucks Option should also be available for counting and classifying pedestrians and bicycles as part of the turning movement study. Non-motorized counts (bi-directional) that separate traffic into the following classifications: Pedestrians and bicycles
