Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State seeks a free six-month trial of up to three (3) web-based, Modifiable Off-The-Shelf scheduling programs, each to be piloted at one Michigan State Police (MSP) work site. This must include training at no cost. The State seeks to pilot all requirements listed in SCHEDULE A – TABLE 1 – Business Specification Worksheet. There will be no obligation to purchase the solution after the six-month free trial period. The State may request demonstrations from Bidders prior to awarding a pilot. The information gathered is intended to assist the MSP in choosing a scheduling program that allows custom configurations for the MSP scheduling policies, procedures, rules, regulations, memos of understanding, collective bargaining agreements, and any other employment agreements while reducing manual administrative processes.
