Vendor will provide up to 600 hours of Salesforce maintenance and Support Services each year (including related applications like Conga) over the period of this SOW. The State of Michigan (SOM) uses MiLogin to authenticate users via single sign on (SSO), and knowledge of these systems would be a significant benefit. Should additional requirements be identified during the term of this agreement that exceed the requested number of hours procured, Vendor will obtain authorization from Customer in advance and prepare a change order for the requested number of hours. No work in excess of the number of hours stated in this agreement will be performed without an executed change order. These 600 hours will be divided equally to support the CAD/Telecom (200 hours), E-Dockets (200 hours) and Pipeline Safety (200 hours) Salesforce environments, as described in the background.
