Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Fenton Township Civic Community Center Regular Lawn/Landscape Maintenance (weekly on Friday; additional as requested) □ Mow/cut all lawn areas □ Trim around structures, landscape areas, trees, fences and parking lots □ Remove weeds and leaves from landscape areas as needed □ Properly dispose of all grass clippings, weeds and leaves. □ Trim trees and vines around wood boardwalk as needed. Friday Beach/Park Maintenance (weekly on Friday) □ Clean beach area, pull weeds growing in the beach sand, remove all loose weeds and aquatic vegetation washed up on the beach* □ Remove weeds and groom sand in playscape area* □ Pick up all trash and refuse in the beach/park area* □ Empty trash receptacles in beach/park area and the parking lot; replace the trash can liners* □ Properly dispose of all trash, grass clippings, weeds, leaves and aquatic vegetation.* (* Maintenance must be completed Friday of each week before 9:00 a.m.)
