Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work Specifications: The Contractor must provide the following at the minimun: • Inspect system for serviceability: cylinder/tanks, piping, brackets, cables, hooks, filters, nozzles, and exhaust fans • Verify correct positioning of equipment and nozzles • Inspect/test all controls, releases, and switches • Inspect/certify cylinder/tank condition and hydrostatic date • Test the operation of detectors, pull stations, control panels, and emergency shut-off • Perform dry test for proper operation - automatic and/or manual release • Inspect/test that all safety devices are working properly • Test system with interface (if applicable) • Replace tamper rods (if required) • Replace chemical or agent (if required) • Replace all fusible links • Hydrostatic tank (if required) • Clean nozzles and replace caps; install new nozzle caps (if required) • Verify the fuel shut-off is in the “On” position • Clean working area after testing • Install certification tag on the system • Complete a fire suppression report for each building and give to Camp Grayling JMTC Program Manager. • Notate on inspection report an visually noticeable repairs/services required
