The Contractor must provide all personnel; equipment; tools; supplies and materials; supervision; and other items and services necessary to perform fence repair services as described in the specifications herein. Fence repair services may be requested for and performed in the rights-of way along any M-, I-, or US-routes within Oakland County. Pay items are a standardized list of items common to fence repairs. B. Fence repair will be performed on an as-needed basis when requested by the MDOT Program Manager or designee. Fence repair may include any of the following: 1) Removal and disposal of damaged fence. 2) Providing and installing 48” chain link fence fabric to replace damaged fencing. 3) Providing and installing 48” posts – line posts and corner posts – to replace damaged posts. 4) Providing and installing 48” chain link fence fabric and high-tensile wire rope to replace damaged fencing and wire. 5) Reattaching chain link fence fabric.
