Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) Demonstrate and teach meal planning that provides well-balanced meals and snacks; 2) Provide the clients with menus and recipes that use basic food groups and demonstrate preparation; 3) Provide cost free publications showing nutritious food choices and show the client how and where to obtain them; 4) Take the client to the grocery store to buy groceries. d) Support: 1) Act in a friendly and supportive manner to the client for the purpose of improving the level of functioning by the client and limit social isolation. Examples of such activity would include accompanying clients at hearings, medical appointments or other situations where a friendly presence would be of benefit to the client;
