Specifications include, but are not limited to: EAP Counselling Services: 2.1.1. Contractor shall provide Eligible Users with all of the counselling services listed below unless noted in their proposal and agreed to by the County that an individual service is not included: • Abuse • Adolescent problems • Aging parent concerns • Alcohol and substance abuse • Child raising • Chronic pain management • Family difficulties • Financial concerns • Grief and loss • Job stress • Marriage, separation and divorce • Personal concerns Description of EAP Services: 2.2.1. The Contractor must provide a toll free telephone number available for usage 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for Eligible Users to call-in. 2.2.2. Contractor shall be equipped to answer calls from Eligible Users and provide immediate personal assistance 24/7/365. 2.2.3. Contractor shall have an established process for direct referral of callers to external agencies for assessment and counseling services. 2.2.4. Contractor shall have a process for follow-up monitoring and counseling of post chemical dependency, including work re-entry programs. 2.2.5. The Contractor must have a system in place for tracking individual usage of EAP services without compromising confidentiality (such as patient reference numbers and profiles).
