The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to qualify responsible and responsive contractors to provide services necessary to facilitate, manage, and complete projects following the main standards within the Guaranteed Energy Savings Contracts (GESC) of the State of Michigan. These GESC Projects involve implementation of energy-related improvements, referred to herein as Energy Conservation Measures (ECM). Guaranteed Community Advisors (GCA) has been hired by JPS to provide project advisory services to implement an Energy Conservation Measure (ECM) project for the facilities in Jackson, MI. GCA is soliciting written proposals on behalf of the District from qualified companies for services related to energy efficiency measures and infrastructure. JPS may allocate work to more than one company for this project at its discretion. The selected company(ies) may be expected to produce a turnkey project including the labor, materials, supplies, equipment, storage, disposal, measurement & verification (M&V), and complete documentation for as-built and operation & maintenance (O&M) manuals. The final scope of work will be determined by JPS and is subject to change.
