Specifications include, but are not limited to: EC Cooling Tower Replacement. A. Contractor shall be aware of the milestone schedule durations for this project. Work can start tentatively 10/28/19 and must be completed no later than 3/20/20. The contractor shall provide a schedule/work plan on obtaining the necessary permits, materials, procurement of long-lead items, to begin work and complete the work as scheduled for review by the construction manager at the post-bid conference. B. Contractor is to provide barricades, including shoring and fencing required to maintain required safety regulations as defined by OSHA. C. Contractor is to coordinate and adhere to all state and local building codes relative to this scope of work. This contractor is to obtain and pay for all special permits associated with this category. D. All identifiable trash or debris is to be cleaned up by the trade contractor who created it on a daily basis. This includes mud or other debris on drives or sidewalks created as a result of moving trucks or other equipment into and out of the site. E. This contractor MUST comply with MI-OSHA requirements for this work. This will be closely monitored.
