Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned and scraped to remove irregularities, dirt and debris. All peeling, loose, or delaminated paint shall be removed. 2. All cracks will be scarified to remove any prior crack repair material, any heaved material, and to ensure a more uniform space. 3. Entire court surface shall be power washed with a pressure washer to remove all dirt and stains, and to ensure proper adhesion of the acrylic color coatings. 4. Minor depressions, rough areas, or any other area deemed necessary for repair shall be filled and leveled with the appropriate material as per the manufactures specifications to help level the court surface as much as possible. Cracks shall be cleaned of dust, dirt and debris including vegetation and filled with an acrylic base crack filler designed for crack filling of asphalt or concrete courts according to the manufacturer’s recommendations.
