Specifications include, but are not limited to: The contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities to perform the application of an approved dust control agent, as a dust control measure, on state designated ORV routes. the application must be made at a minimum of one time at each location during the beginning of each ORV riding season starting in the spring or early summer of 2019 and continuing each riding season of subsequent years as identified in the contract. Additional applications per season may be requested if conditions warrant during exceptionally dry periods. Upon completion of the project, the Department expects the route surface to be treated with the selected dust control agent at the specified treatment rate per solution for that agent type.
