1. All offerors must be able to provide professional assessment and options to complete any scope of work outlined. The services to be provided should include but are not limited to the following: a) Underwater and waterfront surveying and geotechnical testing. b) Evaluations, analysis, reports and recommendations. c) Identify a range of feasible engineering and construction options to address report findings and recommendations included in the Henry C. Chambers Waterfront Park Relieving Platform Structural Evaluation – 2024. d) Identify processes associated with pursuing a range of solutions and/or mitigating actions to address the report findings in the above referenced evaluation report. e) Produce estimates of probable cost for a range of solutions and/or mitigating actions to address the report findings in the above referenced evaluation report. f) Present findings and recommendations for consideration. Will include multiple meetings with city staff, elected officials, and the public. g) Coordinate with city staff and other project stakeholders as appropriate throughout the complete lifecycle of the project, specifically during the planning, development, and construction phases. h) Professional management throughout all phases of the project including but not limited to periodic progress reports/meetings, proper processing of invoices for services, timely processing of project correspondence, field inspections and investigation. i) Other types of professional and non-professional services of a nature consistent with the intent of this RFQ as so directed by the City. 2. Awarded firm must be readily available within 24 hours when the City is in need of engineering services. Awarded firm must be able to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment. 3. Awarded firms may be called upon to attend public meetings and explain or present project options to various boards and commissions throughout the project lifecycle
