Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. The City is seeking a contractor to provide multi-age soccer league to the Wyoming community beginning July 1, 2020 for a 3-year term ending June 30 of 2023. Contractors will be asked to provide a recreational league program to serve children aged 4 to 12 years of all skill levels and abilities. The program should be player-focused and an opportunity for children to learn the basic skills of soccer in a fun, semi-competitive environment. B. Specific program proposal details, including but not limited to, team organization, volunteer coach management, practice and game rules, referee management, should be included and determined by the contractor(s) based on their knowledge, expertise of safety standards including weather and facility risk assessment. Contactor should thoroughly explain program details, evaluation procedures, and reasoning in the proposal.
