Project Specifications A. The awarded contractor must provide all electrical and plumbing work for furnishing and installing the following: • ADA compliant Vanity (1) − Prices can be given on the attached bid proposal form for plastic laminate, quartz, marble and/or granite. • American Standard Toilets (No substitutions will be accepted) − Elongated bowls − Number of toilets installed should match what is currently there. − Including one ADA toilet including ADA compliant handrails. • American Standard Floor Mounted Urinals (No substitutions will be accepted) - Number of urinals installed should match what is currently there. B. The awarded contractor must also furnish and install the following: • Ceramic tile and base − Must be compatible with current floor drains. − Replace existing drain covers with new floor drain covers that have matching finishes.
