BASE BID:Completely remove existing door frame, door and door hardware. (Refer to door schedule, elevation and large scale views) Remove existing floor tile on the inside of 2'0" x 13'0" (Width of Opening V.I.F.) As needed to facilitate existing door frame remove and thickened slab installation. Removal of 3'0" x 13'0" (Width of opening, V.I.F..) Metal at ceiling as needed to facilitate door removal and replacements. Reroute conduit and wire on the upper inside of the door frame. ALTERNATE: Completely remove door and hardware. Existing door frame to remain (Refer to door schedule and elevations) Remove existing tile on the inside of the door 2'0" x 13'0" (Width of opening, V.I.F.) as needed to facilitate existing door frame removal.
