Specifications include, but are not limited to: The design should provide users with an engaging, and intuitive wayfinding experience. The design should communicate the Agency’s story and allow the user to see him/herself, their child, circumstances, etc., through visual representation and succinct text. Additionally, the design must be: ● Functional; ● Reliable; ● Usable; and, ● Communicate emotion Target Audience Stakeholder and audience groups include: ● Parents ● Students with special needs and their families ● Students and families in our county without a permanent residence ● Students who prefer a non-traditional school environment ● Students exploring careers ● Adult learners ● Educators (Teachers, Counselors) ● Taxpayers ● Business owners ● Job seekers Vendor(s) must work with an internal team that will lead the process within set timelines to develop intranet app and redesigned website and meet with LESA designated staff regularly to review status and direction of project. An open and exposed line of communication and involvement is expected and required between the Livingston Educational Service Agency project managers and the selected vendor. This project includes the development and delivery of an internally-sustainable website, with desktop and mobile (app) interface.
