Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design is an important aspect of this project. It is essential that the site be clean, welcoming, engaging, informative and intuitive to navigate. The home page should make readily apparent to the user what can be expected of the Parks Department and of its website. The site should be interactive, offer the user an exceptional experience, and be extremely user-friendly. The site should utilize responsive design to automatically adapt layout to mobile, tablet and desktop screens. The site should include appealing graphics that are appropriate to the content. The site must be designed to be hosted by the County on County servers (Apache on Linux). Proposals are for creative services only and shall not include hosting services. Proposal designs must be compatible with Adode Dreamweaver CS6 or comparable. Proposals shall include working with County Parks Department staff to: develop a detailed site map develop page designs and graphics, as well as templates for future pages identify content and populate the site and implement a system for ongoing site management by County staff.
