The Watervliet Public Schools ("District") invites proposals from qualified individuals (or firms proposing a dedicated individual) to provide Owner’s Representative Services in support of its 2025 School Bond Program, funded through the successful passage of the 2025 School Bond, approved on May 12, 2025. The total bond amount is $13,310,000, intended for facility improvements, renovations, new construction, modernization, and safety/security upgrades across the District. The District’s goal is to engage an experienced individual/firm to serve as a trusted advisor to the district throughout the planning, design, construction, and close-out phases of the bond program. The bond program includes, but is not limited to: Construction of new school facilities Renovation of existing schools Upgrades to HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing systems Safety and security improvements Technology infrastructure enhancements
