Specifications include, but are not limited to: Products and services to include: Guided horseback rides/trail rides for visitors and groups, temporary boarding, riding lessons, and other special events Maintain and replace stable fencing and/or gates as necessary or determined by the Department. No barbed or razor wire shall be used. Materials must be approved by the Department and installed in a professional manner (straight, level, etc.). 2. Mow and trim the lawn areas within the Premises. Department staff will only mow parking area and roadside/front facing areas of the stable. 3. Conduct routine maintenance on equine trails regularly used by the Contractor and customers, including but not limited to: brushing, stone removal, and trimming (etc.). 4. Maintain and replace all lights, water heater, and fixtures as needed. 5. Arrange and pay for annual servicing of fire extinguishers. 6. Dispose of Contractor-owned equipment.
