Sealed Proposals will be received by theCity of Rochester Hills at the Purchasing Division, 1000Rochester Hills Drive, Rochester Hills, Michigan 48309 orthrough MITN website until EXACTLY 3:00 P.M. Local time,Tuesday, October 21, 2014, at which time and place saidproposers names will be read. Torespond to this RFP, interested Vendors must include a responseto all criteria that are listed in this proposal. Failure toinclude a response to all evaluation criteria may be cause forrejection. This document is a Request for Proposals. Itdiffers from a Request for Bid/Quotation in that the City isseeking a solution as described herein, not a bid/quotationmeeting firm specifications for the lowest price. Proposers areto provide their proposed solution based on their professionalknowledge and developed around the Scope of Work and GeneralRequirements defined within this proposal.
