Torespond to this RFP, interested Vendors must include a responseto all criteria that are listed in this proposal. Failure toinclude a response to all evaluation criteria may be cause forrejection. This document is a Request for Proposals. Itdiffers from a Request for Bid/Quotation in that the City isseeking a solution as described herein, not a bid/quotationmeeting firm specifications for the lowest price.
