1. Provide and install appropriate heating units 2. Provide and install new thermostats 3. Relocate the thermostat if needed, with the appropriate conduit and wiring 4. Remove and dispose of existing units 5. Make recommendations on using or replacing existing exhaust vents a. If new vents are required, roof penetrations shall be watertight without compromising the roof membrane. 6. Reuse or provide and install required new Natural Gas plumbing connections 7. Any new plumbing shall be painted to match the existing color schemes of the plant 8. All electrical, controls, permits, and required inspections are to be included in the bid price for each unit 9. Provide specifications and information of the brand and model of the Modine unit being proposed with the bid proposal
