Pick-up schedules for the summer will be provided by the Districts upon bid. School Year Full Pick-up Schedule: August 29 to June 10 Summer Reduced Pick-up Schedule: June 13 to August 26 No waste removal service is required on the following holidays for all Participants: o Labor Day o Thanksgiving Thursday o Thanksgiving Friday o Christmas Eve o Christmas Day o New Years Eve o New Years Day o Martin Luther King Day o President’s Day o Good Friday o Memorial Day Containers are to be furnished and maintained by the Vendor. The compactors listed are owned by the Districts. Any variations of containers such as but not limited to size must be noted. Vendor shall provide hauler reports by building (example attached) to track all diversion of ongoing consumables waste from landfill. Tracking data shall be by weight or volume, indicated appropriately (i.e. pounds, cubic yards, etc.). o Hauler reports shall include (by building): ▪ Description of material hauled ▪ Ongoing Consumables: trash, commingled recyclables, metals, glass, plastics, cardboard, paper, landscaping waste, fluorescent lamps, batteries ▪ Durable Goods: office equipment, appliances, external power adapters, televisions, audio/visual equipment, cell phones, furniture, computers, monitors, printers, etc. ▪ Facility Alterations and Additions: building components and structures (wall studs, insulations, doors, windows), panels, attached finishings (drywall, trim, ceiling panels), carpet and other flooring material, adhesives, sealants, paints, coatings, concrete *exclude mechanical, electrical and plumbing components ▪ Indication if diverted from landfill (Yes/No) ▪ Diversion Method (Recycled/Composted/Donated/Sold as salvage/Reused on site) ▪ Hauler Name or Destination ▪ Pick-Up Date ▪ Amount (Preferably in consistent unit of measurement
