One-on-One Leadership Coaching Plan and provide a series of individual coaching sessions for each participant, interpreting their assessment results and identifying development opportunities. Participants will need personalized leadership improvement plans, feedback, and exercises to enhance leadership growth. c. Enrichment and Support Services Each participant should receive supplementary leadership development resources, including reading, case studies, and simulations and on-call support via email and phone for urgent leadership development needs. Guide participants through self-reflection activities to reinforce learning and behavioral change.
