Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians (LTBB) is seeking a contractor to design and build upgrades to and existing recycling station at Mtigwaakiis (Murray Road Housing) in Charlevoix and at Wah was no de ke (Elder’s Housing) in Harbor Springs. A. Work closely with LTBB Environmental Services Staff on specific areas that need updating and/or improved and to schedule work being performed B. Obtain the necessary equipment, supplies, and materials to accomplish remodel C. Permits from LTBB Planning will be required for this project. Inspections will be required, and inspector information will be provided by the LTBB Planning Department. D. Erect safety barriers for staff working on site during upgrades and signage to cordon off work area for safety of LTBB Citizens. E. All work shall be in accordance with applicable tribal building codes. F. Install paved pad (approximately 18ft x 14ft). G. Build roof structure (approximately 18ft x 14ft; walls not needed) H. Build ramp, or other structure with appropriate safety measures to allow for accessibility I. Install safety lights and electrical outlet J. Make turf, parking lot, and sidewalk and curb repairs in areas where Contractor’s equipment damages said areas. K. Grade and Reseed any disturbed soil. L. Responsible for cleaning, removing, and disposal of all debris resulting from this project and removing from site.
