Eastern Michigan University (EMU) is soliciting an updated Request for Proposal (RFP) to select a partner for services traditionally provided through a university Bookstore. The RFP will be broken into three portions: A) Academic Materials Services and B) Spirit Store Services. Each respondent may choose to provide a proposal to any or all the portions. Each portion will require a separate proposal as each will be reviewed by unique stakeholders. The successful partner, for each portion, will have a national presence and be able to assist EMU in navigating the ever-changing marketplace. The University expects a successful partner to assist in developing an effective delivery method of materials, meeting the needs of today’s, and future, university needs. These needs will be focused on the student body, but with the understanding that the community at-large also has an interest in EMU choosing the right partner. The partnership may consist of all three portions of the RFP or an individual section as deemed in the best interests of the University.
