The walk-through willbegin at the Purchasing Division (lower level). The City of Rochester Hills officially distributes bid/proposaldocuments from the Purchasing Division or through the MichiganIntergovernmental Trade Network (MITN). Copies of proposaldocuments obtained from any other source are not consideredofficial copies. Only those vendors who obtain bid/proposaldocuments from either the Purchasing Division or the MITN Systemare guaranteed access to receive addendum information, if suchinformation is issued. The first step to do business with theCity is to become a registered vendor by visiting the Citywebsite at www.rochesterhills.org, select City Services,Purchasing, Bid Opportunities and link to the MITN website.
