Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall issue new Standard uniforms to employees at the beginning of the contract periodas specified. Thereafter, the Contractor shall maintain sufficient stock to provide complete,new uniform sets within one to two weeks for newly hired employees. The number of employees ofthe Road Commission of Kalamazoo County may change from time to time.In addition to the specifications provided below, the Proposer shall also provide the cost associatedwith providing short sleeve shirts through a period of time, such as summer months, then switching tolong sleeve shirts through the remaining, such as winter months, for the Road Commissionsconsideration. Time frames will be determined by the Road Commission.The inventory per person per week will be seven (7) uniforms per employee per week for a total ofthirty (30) employees. The Road Commission is requiring shirts that meet a minimum ANSI standardClass 2 reflectivity or higher and are made of a Rip-Stop material and are High-Vis Yellow andCharcoal or Navy in color (See attached photo for reference). The Road Commission is requesting anenhanced visibility work pant with reflective stripes on the lower half of the pant legs with cargopockets and that are Charcoal or Navy in color (See attached photo for reference).
